Steel chairs from room 313

Steel rods were bent into shape and welded into a series of sculptures that represented the chairs found in different positions - lying on the floor and left against the corner of the room.

All the chairs take on the shape of the surface behind them. The folds are only visible in the chairs, when viewed from different positions.

Producing work in steel allows my drawings to be viewed from more angles. In this way, the walls become transparent as the line is completely freed from its surface.
